Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap konflik kerja keluarga (work family conflict), dan pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan konflik kerja keluarga (work family conflict) terhadap kinerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pabrik PT Pharos Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang farmasi yang berlokasi di Kebayoran Lama-Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap work family conflict, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, dan work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja.This study aimed to analyze the: impact of the perception of organizational support to the work family conflict, and influence the perception of organizational support and work family conflict on performance. The object of this study are employees of the PT Pharos Indonesia engaged in the pharmaceutical field,located in West Jakarta Kebayoran Lama. This study was conducted on 42 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study is that the perception of organizational support negatively affect the work family conflict, perceptions of organizational support positive effect on performance, and work family conflict negatively affects performance.
