Abstract
Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada lembaga di bagian penelitian dan pengembangan kementerian pertahanan republik indonesia, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan tiga variabel independen yaitu pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan satu variabel dependen yaitu prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir (X1) motivasi kerja (X2) dan kompensasi (X3) terhadap prestasi kerja (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. sedangkan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.This study is a study of the career development, motivation, compensation for work performance of employees at institutions of research and development at the ministry of defense of the republic Indonesia, this study used quantitative descriptive approach. By using three independent variables are career development, motivation, compensation and the dependent variable is the performance. This study aims to determine the effect of career development (X1) work motivation (X2) and compensation (X3) on work performance (Y). The results of this study indicate the variables of career development, motivation to work together does not have a positive and significant impact on work performance. whereas compensation has a positive and significant impact on work performance
