Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT.Nikomas Gemilangg bagian Purchasing. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang bagian purchasing bagian purchasing. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji ketepatan model dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.This research aims to know the influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee Performance. The object of this research is PT. Nikomas Gemilang Purchasing section. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this research indicate that partial and simultaneous variable leadership style and motivation influence on the performance of employee of PT.Nikomas Gemilang purchasing section. This is evidenced from the results of testing the accuracy of the model and the results of the partial test (t test) also shows the value significant two independent variable that support the hypothesis.
