Abstract
Dalam rangka untuk dapat bersaing di pasar internasional dan memenuhi keinginan customer, PT Induktorindo Utama pada tahun 2004 telah menetapkan dan menerapkan suatu sistem manajemen mutu untuk Design dan Perakitan Komponen Induktif untuk otomotif dan Industri Elektronik sesuai dengan DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 dan ISO/TS 16949: 2002 untuk Perakitan Transformer untuk industri otomotif with product design & development.PT Induktorindo Utama menyadari pentingnya penerapan ISO/TS 16949: 2002, karena ISO telah dijadikan dasar kepercayaan bagi pelanggan, sebagai alat untuk mempromosikan kemampuan organisasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam sistem manajemen mutu organisasi haruslah menentukan, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang tepat untuk memperlihatkan kesesuaian dan keefektifan sistem manajemen mutu dan mengevaluasi sejauhmana peningkatan yang berlanjut dibuat secara efektif. Untuk itu di perlukannya analisa dari peranan ISO/TS 16949:2002 dalam peningkatan kinerja mutu perusahaan sehingga dapat memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Untuk menurunkan produk defect yang terjadi di proses produksi diambil data defect dari product automotive BV 60026-6 selama rentang waktu 1 tahun (Januari-Desember 2009). Dan dipilih 3 besar problem rework yang terbesar dengan menggunakan diagram pareto (Rework proses celup timah, Ikat kawat dan Mounting presoldering), Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi dan analisa dengan menggunakan diagram logic tree dan metode 4M&1E. Diagnosis proses perbaikan dilakukan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dan diambil tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi problem yang terjadi dengan melakukan improvement terhadap proses dan material housing dan snap contack yang dipergunakan sehingga permasalahan yang terjadi dapat segera teratasi dengan cara menstandardisasikan dan mendokumentasikan tindakan perbaikan yang sudah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan proses. Dengan demikian PT. Induktorindo Utama sudah mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu ISO/TS 16949 dalam pelaksanaan proses produksi. In order to be competitive in international markets and meet customer desires, PT Induktorindo Utama in 2004 has established and applies a quality management system for the Design and the Assembly Inductive Components for Automotive and Electronics Industries in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 for Transformer Assembly for the automotive industry with product design&development. PT Induktorindo Utama realizes the importance of implementing ISO/TS16949: 2002, because the ISO has been used as a basis of trust for customers, as a tool to promote the organization's ability to meet customer needs and satisfaction. In the organization's quality management system must determine, collect and analyze appropriate data to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of quality management systems and evaluating how much improvement was made to continue effectively. For him it was in need of analysis of the role of ISO / TS 16949:2002 quality performance improvement company in order to deliver the proposed improvements to enhance corporate performance. To reduce product defects that occur in the production process data retrieved from automotive product defects BV 60026-6 during time period one year (January-December 2009). And selected three major rework of the biggest problems with using pareto diagram (reworks the process of dipping wires, tie wire and mounting presoldering), then using the evaluation and analysis using a logic tree diagram and method of 4M & 1E. Diagnosis of process improvements made to the problems that occurred and actions taken to overcome problems that occur with the process and make improvements to housing and snap contack material that is used so that problems that occur can be resolved by way of standardizing and documenting the corrective actions already taken to improve quality of products and processes. Therefore PT. Induktorindo Utama has implemented a quality management system ISO/TS 16949 in the implementation of the production process.
