Abstract
Changes in modern lifestyles have led to an increase in health problems related to unbalanced diets, such as obesity and non-communicable diseases. One of the problems often encountered is the difficulty in determining a food menu that meets an individual's daily nutritional needs, due to differences in characteristics such as age, gender, weight, height, and level of physical activity. This study aims to analyze the determination of healthy menu recommendations based on an individual's daily nutritional needs using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and to implement the analysis results as a menu recommendation feature in the NutriTrack web application. The variables used in this study include user profile data as the basis for calculating daily nutritional needs, as well as data on the nutritional content of food menus consisting of calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat as assessment criteria. The data used are primary data obtained through self-reporting. The data analysis method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which includes the process of determining weight criteria, normalization values, calculating preference values, and ranking alternative food menus based on each individual's Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). The results show that the SAW method is capable of producing personalized recommendations for the top three healthiest menus for each of the 21 respondents. The SAW analysis results were further implemented as a menu recommendation feature in the NutriTrack web application, enabling users to obtain healthy menu recommendations directly through the system based on their recorded food consumption history. Keywords: healthy menu, daily nutritional needs, decision support system, Simple Additive Weighting, recommendation feature implementation Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat modern menyebabkan meningkatnya permasalahan kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan pola makan tidak seimbang, seperti obesitas dan penyakit tidak menular. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan menu makanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi harian individu, karena perbedaan karakteristik seperti usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penentuan rekomendasi menu sehat berdasarkan kebutuhan gizi harian individu menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serta mengimplementasikan hasil analisis tersebut sebagai fitur rekomendasi menu pada aplikasi web NutriTrack. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data profil pengguna sebagai dasar perhitungan kebutuhan gizi harian, serta data kandungan gizi menu makanan yang terdiri dari kalori, karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak sebagai kriteria penilaian. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pencatatan mandiri (self-reported). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang meliputi proses penentuan bobot kriteria, normalisasi nilai, perhitungan nilai preferensi, dan pemeringkatan alternatif menu makanan berdasarkan nilai Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) masing-masing individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi tiga menu sehat terbaik yang bersifat personal untuk setiap individu dari 21 responden. Hasil analisis SAW selanjutnya diimplementasikan sebagai fitur rekomendasi menu pada aplikasi web NutriTrack, sehingga pengguna dapat memperoleh rekomendasi menu sehat secara langsung melalui sistem berdasarkan riwayat konsumsi makanan yang telah dicatat.
