Abstract

This research examines the impact of organizational structure, work discipline, and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses. A total of 120 employees constituted the study population, from which 50 participants were drawn using purposive sampling, limited to individuals holding positions as Department Head, Supervisor, or Permanent Employee within the Operational Division. Data were gathered via a structured survey employing a Likert-scale questionnaire, and hypotheses were evaluated through Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) organizational structure exerts a negative yet statistically insignificant effect on employee performance; (2) work discipline demonstrates a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (3) extrinsic motivation yields a negative, non-significant effect on employee performance. Kajian ini dirancang untuk menguji secara empiris kontribusi tiga variabel struktur organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi ekstrinsik dalam membentuk tingkat kinerja karyawan di PT Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses. Keseluruhan karyawan perusahaan yang berjumlah 120 orang ditetapkan sebagai populasi penelitian. Dari populasi tersebut, sejumlah 50 responden dipilih melalui pendekatan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria seleksi mencakup jabatan Kepala Bagian, Supervisor, serta Karyawan Tetap pada Divisi Operasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei terstruktur menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berskala Likert, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menerapkan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan utama penelitian mengindikasikan: (1) struktur organisasi memberikan pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; serta (3) motivasi ekstrinsik memperlihatkan pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
