Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine how work-life balance, quality of work life, and work stress influence employee performance. This study was conducted at PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia's kitchen division with a population of 105 employees. The sampling method used saturated sampling technique. This study used quantitative methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with Smart PLS software. Based on the test results, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the quality of work life variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia. Keywords: work life balance, quality of work life, work stress, employee performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh work life balance , quality of work life dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia divisi kitchen dengan populasi sebanyak 105 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astro Technologies Indonesia. Kata Kunci: work life balance, quality of work life, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan
