Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research employs a quantitative approach using a causal associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling method with the sample size determined based on the Slovin formula from a total population of 445 permanent employees of PT XYZ. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that job training and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 82 responden, yang diperoleh menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dari total 445 karyawan tetap PT XYZ. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
