Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational communication, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. The study population included all permanent employees of the company, with a total of 41 respondents. The sampling method used is a saturated sample, which means that all permanent employees are involved in this study. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that transformational leadership, organizational communication, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This finding confirms the importance of these three factors in increasing job satisfaction in the organizational environment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan tetap perusahaan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 41 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yang berarti semua karyawan tetap dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi, dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegasakan pentingnya ketiga faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di lingkungan organisasi.
