Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of learning agility on employee performance and to examine the role of well-being as a moderating variable among employees of PT XYZ in the telecommunications industry. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 85 employees of PT XYZ selected using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that learning agility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conversely, well-being does not have a significant effect on employee performance and does not moderate the relationship between learning agility and employee performance. These findings suggest that, in the context of PT XYZ, employees’ learning and adaptability capabilities are the primary factors in enhancing performance, while well-being functions as a supporting condition that has not yet been directly reflected in formal performance evaluations. Keywords: Learning Agility, Well-being, Employee Performance.
