Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, job quality, and motivation on employee performance at PT.MODIFIKA, a company operating in the automotive workshop industry such as performance service and Retail. The research method employed is quantitative descriptive technique. The sample size determination utilized a saturated sample technique, encompassing the entire population of 57 employees. Data collection was conducted through survey method using a questionnaire with ordinal scale as the research instrument. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression processed with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study show that the variables of competence, job quality, and motivation as a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT.MODIFIKA. Keywords: competence, job quality, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kualitas kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.MODIFIKA Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang workshop otomotif seperti Service Performa dan Retail. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 57 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala ordinal sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang diproses dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi, kualitas kerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.MODIFIKA.
