Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (Case Study on Employees of PT. Artakreasi Danekatama). The population and sample in this study consist of 40 employees, using a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through a survey, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 4 analysis tool. The results show that leadership style has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: leadership style, job satisfaction, organisational commitment, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan PT. Artakreasi Danekatama). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
