Abstract
This study aims to find out and obtain an overview of the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational structure changes on employee performance within the Directorate General for Guidance of Islamic Society Ministry of Religious Affairs. This method uses quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is all employees in the Directorate General for Guidance of Islamic Society 273 employees. The sampling technique used is the propability sampling slovin formula, obtained a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that Leadership Style (XI), Motivation (X2), and Changes in Organizational Structure (X3) together had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) within the Directorate General of Guidance in the Islamic Community Ministry of Religio Keywords·: leadership styles, motivation, changes in organizational structure, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan perubahan struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Kementerian Agama. Metode ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Ditjen Bimas Islam 273 orang pegawai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah propability sampling rumus slovin, diperoleh sampel untuk penelitian sebanyak 150 responden. Analisisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Perubahan Struktur Organisasi (X3) secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Kementerian Agama.
