Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how employee turnover intention is impacted by work embeddedness, self-efficacy, and servant leadership. 205 PT Roki Indonesia employees made up the study's population. 53 employees made up the sample. Purposive sampling, which was determined using Arikunto's theory (2021), was the sample technique employed. A questionnaire served as the research tool in this survey-based data gathering procedure. Smart-PLS was employed in the data analysis process. This study demonstrates that the intention to leave a job is not much impacted by work embeddedness. Turnover intention is not significantly impacted by self-efficacy. Turnover intention is significantly and negatively impacted by servant leadership. Keywords: Job Embeddedness, Self-Efficacy. Servant Leadership, Turnover Intention Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana intensi turnover karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keterikatan kerja, efikasi diri, dan kepemimpinan pelayan. Sebanyak 205 karyawan PT Roki Indonesia menjadi populasi penelitian. Sebanyak 53 karyawan menjadi sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yang ditentukan menggunakan teori Arikunto (2021). Kuesioner berfungsi sebagai alat penelitian dalam prosedur pengumpulan data berbasis survei ini. Smart-PLS digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh keterikatan kerja. Intensi turnover tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh efikasi diri. Intensi turnover dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan negatif oleh kepemimpinan pelayan. Kata Kunci: Job Embeddedness, Self-Efficacy. Servant Leadership, Turnover Intention
