Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of green recruitment and green leadership on employee performance through green training. The population in this study was employees of PT Baranusa Danatama Jakarta with a sample size of 57 employees. Using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample research method used was the saturated sampling technique. The data processing method was Partial Least Square through SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results showed that the green recruitment variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the green leadership variable had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the green recruitment and green leadership variables had a positive and significant effect on the green training variable as a mediating variable, the green training variable was unable to mediate the effect of green recruitment on employee performance, and the green training variable was able to partially mediate the effect of green leadership on employee performance. Keywords: Green Recruitment, Green Leadership, Employee Performance, Green Training Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh green recruitment dan green leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui green training. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT Baranusa Danatama Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel adalah 57 karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengolahan data yaitu Partial Least Square melalui software statistic SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel green recruitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel green leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel green recruitment dan green leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel green training sebagai variabel mediasi, variabel green training tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh green recruitment terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel green training mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh green leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan.
