Abstract
This research aims to analyze and test the influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Learning on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. The research design used in this research is a causal research design. The population used in this research were all permanent employees of PT. Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. The sample used was 66 employees. Determination of the sample used in this research was carried out using the saturated type sampling method. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research method uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program analysis method version 4.0.9.6 PLS. The results of the study show that (1) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi (2) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. (3) Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction dan Organization Learning terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT. Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 66 karyawan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sampel jenis jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 4.0.9.6 PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi (2) Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi. (3) Organization learning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi.
