Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of National Unity and Politics of Cirebon Regency. The population in this study consists of all 60 permanent employees at the agency, totaling 60 individuals. The sample size is also 60 employees, using the census method, which is one of the sampling techniques where all members of the population are included because the population size is less than 100. Data was collected through a survey method using a Likert scale questionnaire as the data collection instrument. To analyze the data, this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study showed that work stress, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Cirebon Regency, meaning that an increase in these variables would significantly improve employee performance. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance (Case Study at the Office of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Cirebon Regency) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kinerja pegawai di Kantor Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Cirebon dipengaruhi oleh stres, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai perusahaan yang berjumlah 60 orang, atau sekitar 60 orang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus samplingg, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi karena populasinya lebih dari 100 orang, sehingga total sampel yang digunakan adalah sekitar enam orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei yang menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Menurut hasil penelitian, kinerja pegawai di Kantor Urusan Nasional dan Politik Kabupaten Cirebon dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh stres, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja. Hal ini menyiratkan bahwa peningkatan faktor-faktor tersebut akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan.
