Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction, and leadership on employee motivation at PT Pegadaian. The research involved 50 respondents using a quantitative approach, with a saturated sampling technique to determine the sample size. Data were collected through surveys using questionnaires as the research instrument. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of Smart-PLS software. The results revealed that workload has significant effect on employee motivation, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee motivation, and leadership has a significant effect on employee motivation at PT Pegadaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di PT Pegadaian. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 responden dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, serta kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di PT Pegadaian.
