Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between the independent variables influencing work motivation, job training, and job stress with the dependent variable employee job satisfaction. Based on the analysis study used is quantitative analysis. The number of samples in this study used saturated sampling in which the sample determination technique used all members of the population as the sample, this study consisted of 30 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) v23 program. Keywords: Effect of work motivation, job training and job stress on employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variable independent pengaruh motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan stress kerja dengan variable dependent kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan studi analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi kuantitatif. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yang teknik penentuan sampelnya semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampelnya, penelitian ini berjumlah 30 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) v23. Kata kunci: Pengaruh motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
