Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was 250 employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency. The sample used is based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. And organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Commitment Organization, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 karyawan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenince sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
