Abstract
In supporting the intensity of partnership performance at PT Cisco Systems Indonesia to support Sustainable Partnerships with SDG goals This research was conducted in the Operational Management concentration, which is based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to research a specific population or sample, using the SmartPLS Version 3.0 application. The data collection method uses research instruments; data analysis is quantitative/statistical with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The population in this study were partners who collaborated with PT Cisco Systems Indonesia in South Jakarta as many as 30 partners and a population of 133 people taken from representatives of each partner 3-4 people. The sample used the solvin method for a population of 133 and the error tolerance limit used was 5% resulting in a sample of 99.8 Rounded up to 100 respondents. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Partnerships, with the dimension of Ability to foster good cooperation and relationships, and the strongest dimension, and the influence of Participatory Leadership is the lowest. Collaborative Management has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Partnerships, with the dimension of mutual respect between group members being the strongest dimension, and Participative Responsibility being the lowest. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Innovation, with the dimension of Ability to delegate tasks or authority being the strongest dimension, and Participative Leadership being the lowest dimension. Collaborative Management has a positive and significant effect on Innovation, with the dimension of Active Participation being the strongest dimension, and Active Participation being the lowest dimension. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Partnerships, with the dimension of Compatibility being the strongest dimension, and Relative Advantage being the lowest dimension. Together, Innovation mediates and has a positive and significant effect between Leadership and Sustainable Partnerships, with the dimension. Together, Innovation mediates and has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between Collaborative Management and Sustainable Partnerships. Keywords: Sustainable Partnerships SDG, Leadership, Collaborative Management, and Innovation Dalam mendukung intesitas kinerja kemitraan di PT Cisco Systems Indonesia guna mendukung Kemitraan Berkelanjutan dengan tujuan SDG. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam konsentrasi Manajemen Operasional, dengan desain yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme dan digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mitra yang bekerjasama dengan PT Cisco Systems Indonesia di Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 30 mitra dan populasi sebanyak 133 orang diambil dari perwakilan masing-masing mitra 3-4 orang. Sampel menggunakan metode solvin untuk jumlah populasi sebesar 133 dan batas toleransi kesalahan yang digunakan sebesar 5% menghasilkan sampel sebesar 99,8 Dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemitraan berkelanjutan, dengan dimensi Kemampuan untuk membina kerjasama dan hubungan yang baik, dan dimensi paling kuat, dan pengaruh dari Kepemimpinan yang partisipatif yang paling rendah. Manajemen Kolaborasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemitraan Berkelanjutan, dengan dimensi saling menghargai antar anggota kelompok merupakan dimensi paling kuat, dan Bertanggung jawab yang partisipatif yang paling rendah. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi, dengan dimensi Kemampuan dalam mendelegasikan tugas atau wewenang merupan dimensi paling kuat, dan Kepemimpinan yang partisipatif merupakan dimensi yang paling rendah. Manajemen Kolaborasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi, dengan dimensi Berpartisipasi secara aktif merupakan dimensi paling kuat, dan Berpartisipasi secara aktif, dimana ini merupakan dimensi yang paling rendah. Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemitraan Berkelanjutan, dengan dimensi Kompatibilitas dengan dimensi paling kuat, dan Keunggulan Relatif yang merupakan dimensi paling rendah. Secara bersama – sama Inovasi memediasi dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan dan Kemitraan Berkelanjutan, dengan dimensi. Secara bersama – sama Inovasi memediasi dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan hubungan antara Manajemen Kolaborasi dan Kemitraan Berkelanjutan.
