Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational communication, and work discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees at CV. Bonucci. The population in this study consisted of all 71 permanent employees at CV. Bonucci. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, where the entire population was taken as the sample. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that work motivation, organizational communication, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). These findings suggest that improving employee motivation, effective organizational communication, and enforcing work discipline can significantly enhance the level of OCB among employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di CV. Bonucci. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap CV. Bonucci yang berjumlah 71 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan motivasi, efektivitas komunikasi organisasi, serta penegakan disiplin kerja dapat mendorong terbentuknya perilaku OCB yang lebih tinggi pada karyawan.
