Abstract
The phenomenon of declining employee performance at PT Rajawali Nusindo, prompted this study to understand the factors that influence the Influence of Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Rajawali Nusindo A total of 80 employees with an age range of 19-50 years were selected as research samples using saturated samples (census samples). data were collected through a survey method using a google form questionnaire. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. This study proves that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Work Environment on Employee Performance, PT Rajawali Nusindo Fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan pada PTRajawali Nusindo, mendorong penelitian ini untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan Lingkungan KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Rajawali Nusindo Sebanyak 80 Karyawan dengan rentang usia 19-50 tahun dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sampel sensus). data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei menggunakan kuesioner google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Penelitian ini Membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh Negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, PT Rajawali Nusindo
