Abstract
This study aims to examine The Effect of Situational Leadership and Workload on Turnover Intention Mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population consist of 71 employees, and the sampling technique used a saturated sampling method, involving all 71 employees. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, using a Likert-scale questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with Smart-PLS 4.0. The study proves that Situasional Leadership has a negative and significant on Turnover Intention, Situasional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Workload has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is also able to mediate the effect of Situasional Leadership on Turnover Intention and, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is able to mediate the effect of Workload on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Situational Leadership, Workload, Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di PT VIP Store Jakarta. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 71 orang dan menggunakan teknik sample jenuh sebanyak 71 orang karyawan PT VIP Store Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan instrumen berupa kuesioner berskala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur menggunakan Smart-PLS 4.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) mampu memediasi Kepemimpinan Situasional terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) mampu memediasi kepemimpinan situasional terhadap turnover intention.
