Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at Hotel ABC. In this study, the independent variables consist of job training, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. This study was conducted at Hotel ABC in South Jakarta. The population in this study was 40 employees of Hotel ABC. The sample used in the study was a saturated sample. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection using questionnaires. This data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees and processed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that training had a positive and significant effect on performance. In addition, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on performance. Then the training variable showed positive and significant results on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Compensation, Training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel ABC. Dalam Penelitian ini Variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel ABC di Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan Hotel ABC. Sampel yang digunakan pada Penelitian adalah sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan dan diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya, variabel pelatihan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi, Pelatihan
