Abstract
Employee performance is a crucial factor in a company's success, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, which demands high precision and productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of achievement motivation and Work-life Balance on employee performance at PT XYZ. The study used a quantitative approach, with a minimum sample size of 302 respondents selected using accidental sampling from a population of 700 employees. The research instrument consisted of scales for achievement motivation, work-life balance, and employee performance, which underwent validity and reliability testing. The analysis showed that achievement motivation and Work-life Balance had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. These findings suggest that the combination of the drive to achieve and the ability to balance work-life contributes to improved employee performance. Kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam kesuksesan perusahaan, terutama di industri farmasi yang menuntut ketelitian dan produktivitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan Worklife Balance terhadap kinerja karyawan PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan minimal sampel sebanyak 302 responden ditentukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling dari populasi 700 karyawan. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari skala motivasi berprestasi, Work-life Balance, dan kinerja karyawan yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan Work-life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dorongan untuk berprestasi dan kemampuan menyeimbangkan kehidupan kerja-pribadi berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
