Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance in improving employee performance. This type of research is causal research conducted at the PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) (Persero) tbk. Branch Office Tangerang located in Kota Tangerang, Banten. This research was conducted on 60 employee people using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the saturated sample test because the population is small. The research uses Smart PLS, The results of this study indicate that the t-statistic test of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation significantly influence on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yang dilakukan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) (Persero) tbk. Kantor cabang Tangerang lokasi di Kota Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam uji sample jenuh karena jumlah populasi sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t-statistic lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
