Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of job stress and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis, involving 175 respondents selected through incidental sampling. The instruments used in this research were The New Job Stress Scale and the Work-life Balance Scale (WLBS). Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 for Windows and Jamovi version 2.6.26. The results of the analysis indicate that job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, whereas work-life balance does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords : job stress, worklife balance, job satisfaction, employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan worklife balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda, melibatkan 175 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik incidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The New Job Stress Scale dan Work-life Balance Scale (WLBS). Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25 for windows dan Jamovi 2.6.26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan worklife balance tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
