Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of self-control and work environment on cyberloafing behavior, with job stress as a mediating variable among employees of the Central Statistics Agency in West Jakarta and Central Jakarta. This research adopts a quantitative approach, using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 60 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires employing a Likert scale. The data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that self-control has a negative but not significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, and a negative and significant effect on job stress. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job stress, but no direct effect on cyberloafing behavior. Furthermore, job stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. Additionally, job stress mediates the relationship between self-control and work environment on cyberloafing behavior. Keywords: Self-Control, Work Environment, Cyberloafing Behavior, Job Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kontrol diri dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Jakarta Barat dan Kota Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh sebanyak 60 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, serta berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Sementara itu, stres kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Selain itu, stres kerja memediasi pengaruh kontrol diri dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Kata Kunci: Kontrol Diri, Lingkungan Kerja, Perilaku Cyberloafing, Stres Kerja
