Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of workload, job training, and burnout on work productivity. The study is conducted at PT. Mipcon Prima Industri. The population in this study consists of 83 permanent employees of PT Mipcon Prima Industri. The sampling method used is a full sample. The data collection method uses a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and burnout has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Mipcon Prima Industri. Keywords: Workload, Job Training, Burnout, Work Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, dan Burnout Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pemecahan Masalah Studi Pada Pada PT. Mipcon Prima Industri. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 83 pegawai tetap dari PT Mipcon Prima Industri. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan sample jenuh. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan Metode Survey dengan Instrumen Penelitian adalah kusioner Metode Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Mipcon Prima Industri. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, Burnout, Produktivitas Kerja.
