Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work family conflict, work discipline, and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Oil and Gas Testing Center LEMIGAS. The population in this study was 55 employees. The sampling method in this study used a saturated sampling technique by taking the entire population. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires directly using Google Form. In its analysis, this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach and used Smart-PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) as its analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that work-family conflict has no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Work Discipline, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga, disiplin kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pengujian Minyak dan Gas Bumi LEMIGAS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung menggunakan Google Form. Dalam analisisnya, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Smart-PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel konflik kerja-keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
