Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient on work stress behavior in LLDIKTI Region III Jakarta employees. The object of this study was all employees at LLDIKTI Region III Jakarta. The sample in this study was 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method used a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS 3.0). The conclusion is as follows, emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on work stress, self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on work stress and adversity quotient has a negative and significant effect on stress. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Stress, Self Efficacy, Adversity Quotient Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, self efficacy, dan adversity quotient terhadap perilaku stres kerja pada karyawan LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS 3.0). Kesimpulan sebagai berikut, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stress kerja, self efficacy, berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stress kerja dan adversity quotient berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stress.
