Abstract
This study aims to identify the influence of Job Satisfaction, Communication, and Work Experience on Employee Performance at PT. XYZ. This research is a quantitative study utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to a predetermined sample, namely the employees of PT. XYZ. Meanwhile, the secondary data obtained from the company include attendance records and employee performance evaluations. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees at PT. XYZ. The sample used in this research amounted to 45 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data processing carried out using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 4.0. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while communication and work experience have a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Communication, Work Experience, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komunikasi, serta Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Jenis riset ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer serta data sekunder. Data primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu karyawan PT. XYZ. Sedangkan data sekunder yang peneliti dapat dari perusahaan adalah data absensi dan data penilaian kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Populasi pada riset ini yakni seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT. XYZ. Sampel yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample jenuh. Metode analisis data yang dimanfaatkan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan serta memanfaatkan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara komunikasi dan pengalaman kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.
