Abstract
The following study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational justice on employee performance. The study was conducted at PT. Tri Ratna Diesel Indonesia Gresik involving 80 respondents, all of whom were permanent employees, with a saturated sample method. This data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using a quantitative approach with the help of SmartPLS 4.1 software. The results of the study show that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The work environment has also been shown to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The following findings indicate that there is an increase in appropriate compensation, a supportive work environment, and the implementation of fair and transparent organizational justice can encourage the achievement of optimal employee performance in the company. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Organizational Justice, Employee Performance Penelitian berikut memiliki tujuannuntuk menganalisis apa pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungannkerja, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.iPenelitian dilakukan pada PT. Tri Ratna Diesel Indonesia Gresik yang melibatkan 80 responden seluruhnya merupakan karyawan tetap, dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian diolah dan di analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1. Hasilnya dari penelitian terlihat kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan berikut mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan kompensasi yang layak, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta penerapan keadilan organisasi yang adil dan transparan dapat mendorong tercapainya kinerja karyawan yang optimal di perusahaan.
