Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of compensastion and career development on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia Central Jakarta. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling of this study uses the Probability Sampling method, from 243 populations then calculated using the slovin formula and obtained a population value that can be sampled as many as 150 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where in data processing using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) program version 4 PLS. The result indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational culture has a negative effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a negative effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction is able to mediate transformational leadership on OCB, job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational culture on OCB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai mediasi di PT. Pos Indonesia Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode Probability Sampling, dari 243 populasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan nilai populasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 4 PLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap OCB, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB secara penuh, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap OCB.
