Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development, workload, work stress on job satisfaction at the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration. The population of this study is all employees at the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration, totaling 106 employees. The sample used was 106 employees with quantitative research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire method related to variable research, with the Saturated Sampling technique method. The analysis method used is the Partial Least Square Statistical Software (Smart-PLS) version 4.0. The results of this study determine that career development and work stress significantly affect job satisfaction. Meanwhile, workload does not affect job satisfaction.
