Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and work environment on turnover intention that causes the desire to move from the company. The population of the study was warehouse employees at PT. Indosps Bogatama Sukses with a sample of 36 employees consisting of warehouse staff, warehouse head, warehouse inventory, warehouse admin, and warehouse manager. Using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample research method used is non-probability sampling or saturated samples. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. This study uses a data processing method, namely Partial least square through SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results showed that the workload variable had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, the work discipline variable had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and the work environment variable had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Indosps Bogatama Sukses. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang menyebabkan keinginan untuk berpindah dari perusahaan tersebut. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan warehouse pada PT. Indosps Bogatama Sukses dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 karyawan yang terdiri dari staff warehouse, warehouse head, inventory warehouse, warehouse admin, dan warehouse manager. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling atau sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengolahan data yaitu Partial least square melalui software statistik SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Indosps Bogatama Sukses. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover intention
