Abstract
This research abstract aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Mustika Teknik. The research population includes all 60 permanent employees of the company, making the total population 60 individuals. The sample used consists of 60 employees, employing a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is used as the sample due to its size being less than 100 individuals. Data were collected through a survey method using a questionnaire with a Likert scale as the data collection tool. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The analysis results indicate that, individually, job satisfaction, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CV. Mustika Teknik, suggesting that improvements in these variables will significantly enhance employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap performa karyawan di CV. Mustika Teknik. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh 60 karyawan tetap perusahaan tersebut, sehingga total populasinya berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel karena jumlahnya di bawah 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Mustika Teknik, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pada variabel-variabel tersebut akan secara signifikan meningkatkan performa karyawan.
