Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction among PT employees. Win Indonesian technology. The population in this study were 45 employees who worked at PT. Win Technology Indonesia. The sample used in this research was 45 employees at PT. Win Technology Indonesia. The sampling method is a saturated sample. The research instrument uses the SMART PLS application. The independent variables in this research are Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline. The dependent variable in this research is Employee Job Satisfaction. The research results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The research results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with values. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Discipline, Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja, Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada karyawan PT. Win teknologi Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 45 Karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Win Teknologi Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan pada PT. Win Teknologi Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Instrument penelitain menggunkan aplikasi SMART PLS. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan dengan nilai. Variabel Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
