Abstract
Companies need skilled and qualified human resources in the competitive business world, because human resources need to be organized and developed well in order to complete their work optimally so that human resources provide maximum contribution resulting in high performance for the company's progress. This research aims to analyze the influence of hard skills, soft skills and training on the performance of PT employees. Intiland Development Tbk Jakarta. The population in this study was the administrative staff of PT. Intiland Development Tbk Jakarta with a sample size of 32 employees. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples in this study, namely 32 employees. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this research found that hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings were that the company had not provided support and firm action to employees to achieve goals and improve employee performance. Perusahaan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan berkualitas dalam dunia bisnis yang kompetitif, karena sumber daya manusia perlu diorganisasikan dan dikembangkan dengan baik agar dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya secara optimal sehingga sumber daya manusia memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi demi kemajuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hard skill, soft skill dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Intiland Development Tbk Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah staf administrasi PT. Intiland Development Tbk Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hard skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuannya, perusahaan belum memberikan dukungan dan tindakan tegas kepada karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
