Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify how PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti's employees' levels of job satisfaction, motivation, and discipline affect their productivity on the job. Participants in this research include all staff members of the South Jakarta-based PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. A quantitative descriptive methodology was used to gather data from 80 participants. For that reason, SEM-PLS based on questionnaire data was utilized in this investigation. The study found that (1) Work Discipline at PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti has a good and substantial impact on Employee Performance. Two, PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti's employees are more productive when they are enthusiastic about their work. (3) At PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti, employee performance is unaffected by job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Dicipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana tingkat kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin karyawan PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti mempengaruhi produktivitas mereka di tempat kerja. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh anggota staf PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti yang berpusat di Jakarta Selatan. Metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 80 partisipan. Oleh karena itu, SEM-PLS berdasarkan data kuesioner Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua, ketika karyawan PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti merasa senang dan termotivasi dalam mengerjakan sesuatu, maka akan menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. (3) Kebahagiaan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
