Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Role Conflict, and Work Environment on the performance of Case Study employees in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. Where are the three independent variables and one dependent variable. The object of this study was employees in Pesanggrahan District as many as 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling. By using a causal research design. The analysis method of this study uses SEM-PLS, with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Role Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. Keywords: Workload, Role Conflict, Work Environment , Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban kerja, Konflik Peran, dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Studi Kasus pada Kecamatan Pesanggrahan Jakarta Selatan . Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kecamatan Pesanggrahan sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS, dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Konflik Peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kecamatan Pesanggrahan Jakarta Selatan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Konflik Peran ,Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
