Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention in employees of PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data and secondary data. Primary data is conducted by distributing questionnaires to predetermined samples, namely permanent employees of PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. While the secondary data that researchers get is literature study. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. The sample used in this study was 43 permanent employees. The sampling technique in this research uses a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling.. The data analysis method in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method assisted by using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu karyawan tetap PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. Sedangkan data sekunder yang peneliti dapatkan adalah studi kepustakaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Korindo Heavy Industry. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 karyawan tetap. Teknik pada pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dibantu dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention.
