Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on productivity. The population in this study were employees of PT Bintang Interindo Gemilang Internasional. The population of this study was 80 people. The sample withdrawal method uses saturated sample technique, the number of samples is 80 This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument being a questionnaire using an likert scale as a questionnaire research tool. The data analysis method are SEM PLS uses with Smart-PLS 4.0. The results prove that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on Burnout. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Burnout. Burnout has a negative but insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Burnout partially mediates the effect of Work life Balance on job satisfaction, and Burnout does not mediate the effect of Work Environment job satisfaction. Keywords: Burnout, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work Life Balance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Lingkungan kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Burnout sebagai Variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Suur Lemoen Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat penelitian kuesioner. Metode Analisis data SEM PLS yang diolah dengan Smart- PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Work Life Balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Burnout. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Burnout.Burnout berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Burnout mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Work Life terhadap Kepuasan. Burnout tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Kepuasan Kerja.
