Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research object is permanent employees of PT Sucofindo in the Human Resource division.The sample in this research was 72 employees using a quatitative descriptive approach. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. The data collection method used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The study proves that compensation has a significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction and work motivation has positive iinfluence on employee performance Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap divisi sumber daya manusia yang berkerja di PT Sucofindo Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 pegawai dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis ada menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawam dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
