Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance as mediated by work motivation in Expedition Companies. The population in the study were 54 employees of the Expedition Company. The sample used was 54 people. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research state that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation as a mediator is able to influence the work environment on employee performance at Expedition Companies. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi motivasi kerja di Perusahaan Ekspedisi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 54 karyawan Perusahaan Ekspedisi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 54 orang. Metode sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Ekspedisi.
