Abstract
This study is conducted to explore and assess the influence of organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, and Job insecurity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The research population consists of all 55 employees at PT. X, using a saturated sampling technique that includes the entire population as the sample. The research follows a quantitative design, with data collected through surveys utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire as the main tool. The analysis of the data was carried out using the SmartPLS application. Findings reveal that both organizational commitment and emotional intelligence have a significant and positive relationship with OCB, whereas Job insecurity is found to have a significant negative effect on OCB. Keywords: Organization Commitment, Emotional Intelligence, Job insecurity, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh komitmen terhadap organisasi, kecerdasan emosional, dan ketidakamanan kerja (job insecurity) terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan PT. X yang berjumlah 55 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai responden. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, sedangkan Job insecurity memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku tersebut.
