Abstract
This study aims to understand and analyze in depth the impact of transformational leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The sample of this study included all employees who served in Pondok Aren Subdistrict, South Tangerang City, with a total of 70 employees. The method applied is saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled. This research applies a quantitative approach method, which includes data collection through a survey using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis process was carried out with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of data processing show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In addition, work motivation is also proven to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis secara mendalam dampak kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup seluruh pegawai yang bertugas di Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan, dengan total 70 pegawai. Metode yang diterapkan adalah sampling jenuh, yang berarti mencakup seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, yang meliputi pengumpulan data lewat survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja pun menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
