Abstract
This study is motivated by the importance of employee performance as a key factor in achieving corporate goals, particularly at PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo, which has experienced a decline in performance over the past few years. The urgency of this research lies in the company's need to improve employee performance through significant influencing factors, namely work motivation, work environment, and compensation. These factors are considered crucial as they are directly related to employee productivity, loyalty, and satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo. The research design used is a descriptive quantitative approach with an associative method to examine the relationship between variables. The population in this study includes all 70 employees of PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo, who are also used as the sample using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). This analysis includes validity and reliability tests, structural tests, and hypothesis testing to examine the influence between variables. The research findings indicate that work motivation, work environment, and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan sebagai faktor kunci dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, khususnya pada PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo yang mengalami penurunan kinerja dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui faktor-faktor yang berperan signifikan, yaitu motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut dianggap penting karena berhubungan langsung dengan produktivitas, loyalitas, dan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sanubari Mandiri Realtindo yang berjumlah 70 orang, yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Analisis ini mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji struktural, serta uji hipotesis untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
