Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with work loyalty as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 65 employees of PT. Putrajaya Sukses Makmur. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 20 employees. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Work Loyalty. Transformational Leadership has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Job Loyalty. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work Loyalty has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work Loyalty is able to fully mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job Loyalty is able to partially mediate the influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan loyalitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 karyawan PT. Putrajaya Sukses Makmur. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 20 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemipinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja. Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Loyalitas Kerja mampu memediasi full pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Loyalitas Kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Loyalitas Kerja.
